My Story
My name is Jill Estabrooks, I am a graduate with Honours of the NAIT Personal Fitness Training Program. I am a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer with an aspiration to make movement more accessible to for people. Whether mental or physical, barriers to activity exist in many forms and I care about finding realistic and manageable approaches to adding movement into daily life. I aspire to utilize my knowledge and experience to work with these barriers and design individualized approaches that make regular movement and activity possible, no matter your circumstance.
